A plain reference for the people who keep commercial buildings running: facilities coordinators, operations managers, and owners of multi-site businesses.

How the pages are built

Every system page follows the same structure so a coordinator can compare across systems: what fails and why, what a competent service call includes, the preventive checklist, cost ranges, when it becomes an emergency, and what to ask a provider. The structure is fixed; the content for each system is specific to it.

Cost ranges are national figures assembled from public sources and provider quotes. They are meant to tell you whether a number is in the right neighborhood, not to price a job. Local labor, access, after-hours timing and materials move them.

Operator benchmarks

Where a page shows figures from a work-order record, they come from a maintenance operator's own dispatch history and are labeled as such. Pages without that section do not yet have operator data behind them.

Featured provider

Requests sent through the forms go to the site operator, who routes them to a vetted provider for the region and system. No lists are sold.
