GALLANT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.. Crystal Lake, IL · IL entity · Active

Gallant Construction Company operates from Crystal Lake, Illinois. Its homepage describes 70-plus years of history as a company, while its Better Business Bureau (BBB) profile lists 34 years in business. The Illinois Secretary of State records the current corporation as registered on 1987-04-29, which is the date used here; a longer company history would predate this entity. The BBB profile carries an A+ rating and lists the business as not accredited, with no complaint history displayed. OSHA's establishment records show two inspections in the past five years under the name Gallant Construction Company Inc., one in Illinois and one in Michigan, both listed as Planned inspections with no recorded violations. A separately named establishment, Gallant Construction Corporation, based in Oregon, also appears in the same search window but is not attributed to this vendor. One job posting under the company name, a Commercial Interiors Superintendent role in Houston, Texas, was listed as of 2026-09-02, and state entity records for this company were not available through a public search. Trades, verticals and platforms on this page are taken from the company's own service pages as published on 2026-09-04, and are claims rather than verified records.

How to read this. Every figure links to the record it came from. Not yet retrieved means the check has not run for this vendor, which is not the same as a clean history. No record found means the source was searched and returned nothing matching the name, and name variants can be missed. Sources, statuses and the correction process: methodology.

What this page does not tell you. These are public records, not a verdict. A clean record can mean a careful operator or a company nobody has inspected. Reviews are whoever chose to write one, and on facilities vendors that is often subcontractors rather than clients. Name-matched sources can miss a subsidiary and can catch an unrelated company with a similar name. Read the linked source before you act on anything here.
